The focus must be in getting better through situational game like conditions. Footwork and form is a key area to focus on when working out by yourself. Throw ~spin~ the ball out to then gather ~catch~ the ball. Be balanced on the jump stop and pivot. Front, reverse, jab steps short, medium, and long - rip through low and put the ball out in front and dribble attack to the basket.
