FUNdamentals must be established at an early age, both from the skill side and understanding of conceptual individual and team play - on both sides of the ball. My love for the game started early at seven years old and it was basketball and the caring coaches who understood what it means to be good and get better. Character counts, it matters and once the it is defined and real commitment takes shape with strong foundations - look out, because student-athletes that get it, that want it, will go on to achieve anything they put their heart, mind, and effort into - on the court and off - in life.
